My wife, Lori Klindera and I, "G-II" Varrato II, want to render a complement
to you and to your agent, Buzz Dussault.
Lori and I have been in this GREAT industry nearly two decades. It is,
unfortunately, a rare occasion when we encounter a fellow colleague in a
cross sale whom we feel is exceptional. Buzz Dussault is one such
individual.
We recently enjoyed one of the most memorable transactions of our careers
with Buzz (that said in a very positive sense of the meaning). While the
transaction did have some unique inspection challenges, Buzz was extremely
professional to us and our client as we worked through the items. Because
Buzz and we had started our transaction with a high degree of respect for
one another, each hurdle we traversed was done so in unison and with the
complete agreement by each others clients.
Mr. Fouts, you know that it takes a skilled negotiator and real estate
professional to manage transactions today. And... while this transaction
did present a few odd circumstances, Buzz was successful in presenting our
client's commitment to live up to their end of the transaction to his Buyer
clients, and was equally successful in relaying to his clients that Lori &
G-II were, and are, Realtors of high character and integrity.
The transaction closed about 4 weeks ago and all resolutions have been met
with satisfaction on both sides of the playing field, in no small part due
to the tireless attention to detail on the part of Buzz.
Buzz Dussault is a well cut, highly polished diamond in a field of, perhaps,
so many less precious stones. My wife and I want to extend our most warm
thanks to Buzz Dussault for his professionalism and for being a Gentleman
among Gentlemen.
